Crisis Intervention provides temporary assistance and referrals to low income individuals and families in Troy in financial crisis which creates relationships that empower the individuals and families to gain self-sufficiency through educational opportunities.
Individuals who are in crisis come to our office to discuss their situation. Job loss, sickness, injury or family turmoil may have taken them by surprise. We can provide financial assistance and referrals to other community resources to help them in their time of need. Partners in Hope offers assistance with utilities, gas, prescriptions, birth certificates, state IDs, boots, clothing and referrals.
Crisis Intervention hours are Monday through Thursday 10am to 2 pm.
