Caregivers

The Caregivers program at Partners in Hope provides assistance to elderly and disabled individuals over age 55  in Troy. Services include transportation and friendly visits. An average of 30 rides each month is provided by volunteers who drive individuals to medical appointments or to run errands locally. Caregivers also offers occasional outings for clients to have an opportunity to socialize.
